I not in favor of anyone getting hurt but if it was a choice i would have to say the city gangters.I guess its all about how well you know your turf.But like someone on here said,personally if any of the minutemen got hurt they have nobody to blame but themselves.They have no business being there and should leave that to the TRAINED professionals,wich is what they are being paid to do and have more training in dealing with mexican gangsters.oh and btw Solidus I've dated a guy who use to be in a militia similar to one like the minutemen and trust me they don't have all that much trainning.My ex bf also use to go to trainning weekends and I went with him once and all they did was walk around the woods,play with their guns and shoot the bull.They spend almost all the weekend drunk and I got so bored that I hid their guns once while they were passed out and once they got sober they freaked out saying that probably some gangsters had snuck in on them and stole them.Yeah some were war veterans but most just wanted to act big and thought having a big gun was the equivelant to having a big penis.So yeah I think the gangsters would mop the floor with them.

Mexico City gangsters would be strewn out across the desert.
They would be defeated, exiled and left for dead.
Don't get me confused with one of those hayseeds...I've heard about them and despise them with a passion.
However, unlike their urban counterparts, the Minute Men have dedicated time and effort to prepare themselves for confrontation in every environment (urban and wildland). Their tactics would mimic Military tactics because some of those wackos have Military back rounds.
How many Mexican war heroes are there?
In which modern conflict has Mexico been battle-tested?
The answer to your question is...using their superior technical skill...those city gangsters would lose. They are simply outclassed in every way.

Come on thats not even a fair fight, Minutemen are just a bunch of old guys with rifles from the civil war against the Zetas with AK-47s....I bet 10 "minutemen" get shot their first week in Laredo, any takers?
....but hey nobody ordered them down there, they get shot it no ones fault but their own, they should just leave that situation to the professional border patrol agents....
