An easy rule to follow for converting decimals to fractions is: put 1 for the decimal point & 0 for every figure after it.
So, .9972 over
10000
take away the point, you've got 9972 over
10000

which reduces to : 2493 over
2500

.9972/100=9927/1000000...pls get the lowest term if it has...
just move the decimal point to make it whole number then add it to 100..
