Here's a real Bloody Mary recipe along with a virgin one, just in case :)
Real Bloody Mary
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 drops Tabasco® sauce
1 lime wedge
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.
Virgin Mary
4 oz tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco® sauce
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add tomato juice, then the rest of the ingredients. Stir and garnish with a wedge of lime.

The best Bloody Mary's for me have to be made with chilled tomato juice (organic is best) and vodka that is of a really good quality... Lots of freshly cracked black pepper, dash of Tabasco (or even better Caribbean hot chili sauce) dash of Worcestershire sauce, half a shot of good dry sherry, juice of half a lime and a nice crunchy celery stick to garnish.
Good luck with the bar..... Another tip - try making it with 42Below Fejoia vodka - if you can get hold of it.....has a great flavour which is also fantastic on its own or with apple juice.

Best bloody Mary I ever had was:
1 part Clamato juice
1 part Beef Stock
season to taste with salt, celery seed and pepper/Tabasco/Worcestershire sauce
Allow to stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Use as stock for drink.
I have also use the above and added 1 part V-8 juice, also very good.

i lik either V8 or Clamato juice in my bloody marys.
first you get about a shot and a quarter of vodka(i like absolute peppar)
dash of salt
lots of pepper
celery salt(not too much)
tabasco(depends on how hot they want for how much)
squeeze of a lemon
dash of worstershire
dash of olive juice
shake with whichever juice you picked
rim the glass in salt and garnish with olive and celery
and viola my fav bloody mary

I can't stand Bloody Mary's, I have seen them garnished with pickled asparagus rather than celery and I like that. Pickled Asparagus is yummy!!!

use v8 instead of just any regular tomato juice, its a little more of a kick because of the extra veggies in it
