Now 55, married 30 years, had herpes virus from early 20's. It comes and goes, but rarely. From what I've read, if accurate, 1 in 4 people are hsv positive. How do I find a friend/partner? It is so very awkward!

so what is the problem. Speak with your medical practitioner our county health department (std branch). he/she should be able to give you tips on safe sex for those that are hsv positive.

My sister has it too. There are chat rooms online for people that have it, so they can meet people. It's open and knowing that everyone there has it makes everyone feel more comfortable. Just google it.
