eat soft foods for a day or two. jello and pudding as well as soups and oatmeal--I would this when I had my braces

Sorry about that, i know it does harm. try pudding, jello, chicken noodle soup, juice and chocolate milk mashed potatoes. at the starting up it each so often hurts so undesirable basically the considered something touching the tooth is negative. Get some straws and take Motrin or yet another discomfort reliever about an hour before the appt. sturdy success.
