I've been reading through here, and in many of the religous questions, I've seen people answer w/ stuff like,"oh hes here because look at whats around us" well I think the Big Bang did that. Anyways, im confused how you guys know that ur religon is right? theres a whole bunch of em and how do u know yours is right? Also im Deist, I think. In which i beleive there is a god, but he created the Big Bang to make things going, and that we have no idea who he is, until a later time...if it comes to that

Ok, when asked about faith, god and all that jazz I take a broad view. Basically we're all looking for the same thing (I'm excluding you crazy zealots out there, I dont know what you all are searching for.) But, I think God is all about perception and we are all on our paths to realizing what God(dess) is to us. Its like going on vacation, you can take a bus, a plane, a bike, whatever, its all going to get you to the same place.

What's your source for your belief in the Big Bang Theory?
According to that theory matter all of a sudden came together and BANG! formed the planets!? My question is if matter can not be created or destroyed where did it come from in the first place?
Christianity is the truth based on historical and scientific accuracy. To explain it it would take some time. If you really want to discuss the matter please feel free to e-mail me.

Yes, that's been my question-who caused the Big Bang, then? Or who made the primordial soup that the fish crawled out of, then turned into monkeys? Where did it all start? Where does cell specialization come from? Why are there so many fossils all at once? Why has no one found a missing link? If there is no God, why do we search for a power higher than ourselves?

When we go looking for a right religion, there is none. There is a righteous and loving God though, who loves you very much. Regardless to what you may call yourself, you are God's creation, because He is your Creator. You did not come here by a "Big Bang" You were wonderfully and fearfully made in the image of God and you can personally know Him.

I prayed to God to answer my question, much the same as the one your asking, after read the whole Bible. He gave me a answer, he will give you one to if you want to know bad enough to work for it. Study the bible pray every night and he will let you know the truth in some way that you will not be able to deny.

I guess you have to feel it. To me, you would choose the religion that gives you answers to spiritual questions, and helps you make life decisions that you can feel good about. You have to be able to believe in that religion with your soul. Personally, I don't think that you can "want" to be a certain religion, and no one can tell you which one is right. They are all based on "faith" and "believing". You either believe in it or you don't. You can't DO it, you have to BE it.
Does that make any sense?

You can't know until you try. Go to visit a church; there are many to choose from and you can keep trying until you find one that suits you. Good luck.

God is Jesus, give Him a chance. Like 1 week to prove He is God. I don't know, I met Him once so I already know He can meet you, if you want.
