my friend has 2 sisters who are good lookin, another friend is goin out wit one of them and i was told that the other one likes me soo we all went to the movies n didnt talk much but we held hands,i say hi when i see her, i dont no what to do, how can i make myself not so shy and more sociable

There's no quick fix to this situation. Sorry. There's no trick or anything about it. If you're shy and having a hard time getting things going with this girl then you're just going to have to really put yourself out there and try to be more social with her. This 'will' pay off since it'll keep her interested in the begining and then once you get to know her better (which will happen faster if you push yourself to talk more at first) she will be easier to talk to later on down the road once you two become more 'familiar' with one another.

the movies is probably the best date to go if you dont want to talk much. hah so thats part of the reason and if she didnt talk much to you then she probably doesnt know what to say either but at least you know she likes you. so maybe take her out to diner but not alone so its not awkward and you dont have to start coming up w/ stuff to say. call her up and ask her if she wants to go out to diner w/ you and some friends. that way you will be talking w/ your friends and you can start talking w/ you and you can get to know each other. make sure you dont make it a double date though. not good.

Ok, you get a piece of paper and write down things you want to know about her,,, or just questions period. That way you can keep the conversation going and possibly bring her out of her shyness too. But you are the man so you have to start!!. Good luck.

talk to yourself in the mirror and act like she is your reflection. When you see her say some nice things like.......u look nice tonight or let her decide where to go(hopefully not the most expensive place in town but hay if u really love her ull go)set something up.LEARN HOW TO COOK AND SURPRISE HER; ) if u catch my drift.
