it would not remove like most programs,on the add/remove,it wont allow me to download sbcyahoo programs.can you help? aguilsmc@sbcglobal. net,or i can wait here,whatever you want,sbcglobal is under a beta mode somewhat,thank you

Go to symantec.com. search for Rnav.exe. That will remove all norton products

Norton has a removal tool.

Dissable Norton and then try it.

you could go to the registry and delete all the NORTON stuff....but careful cause anything you could delete could kill your PC
