Rom 1:26-27 "For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error."

Well, there is the story of the covenant marriage between Ruth and Naomi. That's one story in favor of same-sex relationships.

There is the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, which talks about certain sexual acts. But it unclear from the context whether the acts are being condemned in all situations or just the depraved usages. And it certainly doesn't limit itself to same-sex acts.

There is a comment about not spilling one's seed on the ground, but that's been used equally to denounce masturbation, birth control or homosexuality. So, that's no clear help.

Those who oppose homosexual relations often reference the Bible, but all the times I've read it, I've never found any real justification that homosexuality or same-sex relationships is inherently wrong.

And that fact that nobody ever seems to quote the exact passages (in context!) means that they're not engaging in anything more than vague hand-waiving, hoping that by shouting enough people will stop actually looking at the details.
