it's hard, it's called an interstate compact. you have to get the other county / or state to accept you. I tried for years to get Texas to let me transfer, no luck. Ask your P.O.

You should be able too. Also, I think you can even change to another State. There may be certain things you have to do, I not sure. Like maybe a job there or family to live with. I guess you need to ask your parole officer.

i believe you can if you work in the new county and want to move closer to your job. the best person to ask is your parole officer. my granddaughter had to go before a judge and tell him why she was changing states. if you can change from one state to another, i don't see why you can't change counties.
