If you really believe that that is what it is and you do not want to see a doctor. Try a hotbubble bath with a little bit of alcohol and epsom salt. Take this bath maybe twice a week until you see a head at the top. It may hurt a little, but then try popping it!! Otherwise youmay need to see a doctor to have it removed.

Don't want to see a doctor, take a hot bath in epsom salt and white vinegar. Dry off and treat with antibiotic cream.(may have to do this for several days)

sounds like a cyst--don't squeeze it, 1/2 your face will swell up & it will infect & you will need antibiotics. (Learned it the hard way) when I was a teen I went on tetracycline because I was getting alot of the painful things. Dr. called it "advanced acne"

just squeeze it out.. i don't understand why it's so difficult to steam the face, get a towel or a black head removing tool and push, squeeze it out and cleanse the face down with a cream or noxema then dry it with a oxy pad or two.

get that junk out of your pores... now!
