Pectoralis Major, coracobrachialis, tricep, anterior deltoid, anconeus, pectoralis minor & muscles that stabilize the body in the proper position (abdominals, erector spinae, glutes, quadriceps, etc.)

you are working your back muscles, chest muscles, arms and even your core if you keep it strong and contracted and dont allow your middle section to drop. its a great exercise, try incorporating a stability ball and you will bring your core into the exercise more

1)chest
2)triceps
3)anterior delts
4)possibly posterior delts and biceps depending on how slowly you do it,
5)core ( abs and erector spinae)
