Of course not! It is to be expected if they do the wrong thing and run out of all things 'Chocolate Cakes' YOu get down on your hands and knees and pound the floor with your fists and scream and cry till they get you some!

An adult would never throw a childish temper tantrum anywhere in public. Good manners would forbid such an awful and inappropriate public display. If you were so determined to have a chocolate cake on a particular day, you should have planned ahead and ordered it in advance.
