get a restraining order, call all of your friends and family and let them know that this is happening to you! Make sure that you have people that you can call at any time of the day for support. Let your neighbours and co-workers know that this is happening to you and give everyone a clear and concise description of the person and vehicle is he/she owns one. Call the police each and EVERY time this person approaches you and do not let them treat YOU like to criminal. Stay safe, keep your lights on, your doors locked, and have a code with family and friends... ie: two rings on the phone then hang up... flash your our door lights... etc...please take very good care of yourself and do all that you can to make sure that you are safe okay!

Go to the police and ask for a law enforcer that says he cannot go within 40 feets within you. If he does goes 40 feet within you, you can call the cops. I forgot what is that called though. Just remembered it, Restraining order. Get it.

need a little more background - if there was a freindship or relationship you need to have a conversation telling them you are uncomfortable and ask them to stop. so if it's phone calls, just pick up the phone once and tell them. then get caller id or change your number. if they are physically watching you are following you around, you should call the police. they can talk to them, no contact/restraining order, etc.
