's best friend. I just don't want to ruin my sister's friendship and should I feel guilty about this?

Yes you should feel guilty! your sisters friend was there to see her, you shouldn't be sleeping with her, can yo imagine what this will do to you and your sisters relationship? I know all this because my brother has 'dated' three of my so called friends, and slept with two of them, all behind my back! And I hated him and my 'friends' for a long time after that.. Best thing to do is either never tell your sis, never give her any reason to suspect it, but I'm sure she always will because of the looks you two will give each other, or just tell her the truth and get it all out in the open.... Does your sister know?
I know that dating/doing a siblings friend results in conflicts sometimes...I went on a date with my best friends brother, because he told me she was ok with it, come to find out she was pissed when I told her, but it was his fault he didn't say anything so she was really upset with him..
Talk to your sister about it, let her know, if you dont have feelings for this girl then leave her alone, but if you do, then tell your sister how you feel about her.

Don't be... Its just our urge... if you don't let that out you will look for it... it will not stop until you let it out... it will sometimes lead to rape if you don't let it out... and if she enjoyed it then you shuold do this again...
