"Taller"! You are still growing taller and may not reach your full height until the age of 18 or so. Don't worry about it. Taking your daily vitamins and getting exercise may help. Milk may help. You need your calcium to build strong bones.
Don't smoke! I don't know if its true but I always heard smoking can stunt your growth. Probably not true but smoking is detrimental to your health in many ways anyway.

I'm so sorry to say this, but you do not need friends. My father tells me this everyday. And I never really believe my father until a huge situation occurred to me. About 2 months ago, my friend had got w/ my ex. It sucks because I really trusted her. She was more like a sister to me. I always looked up to her. Even when she messes up, I knew we could depend on each other. But anyways. The word "friend" doesn't exist in my life anymore. You never know who you can trust now a days. No one. Not even some of your best friends.

My son did not grow until he was 17. Eat healthy and sleep..a lot. Growth hormones are produced and released while you sleep.

Be patient. Be happy where you are at right now.
