It depends on the reason for the break up. If there is some huge factor that caused the two people to break up, than yes it is easier. But breakups in general? No; breaking up is always hard unless there is some major reason (like the person is cheating on you or something) because you form an emotional connection with that person. After spending a given amount of time with that person, it is hard to just say "goodbye forever" because that person has to mean something to you, no matter how little. Also, most people are not complete beasts where they take no consideration as to how a person might take something, and therefore it will be hard when you wonder how that person will take the breakup. Generally, breakups never get easier because it is very hard to say goodbye to the connections which you have established with that person.

It gets easier with time. Eventually you will meet the right person and the heart breaks you suffered before would then make sense
