Drink a glass of buttermilk, it's going to be gross but it will clean out your mouth and it has something in it that will get rid of the mouth sores. I use this all the time for burns or sores.

Only time. Salt water is a good idea. There are OTC meds for canker sores as well, but they do burn quite a bit. Otherwise, watch who you're smooching for a bit. :)

Just put a wee bit of salt in a glass of warm water and swish a couple of times a day...if it's caused by a virus they should disappear within a few days.

Ugh, I get those if I chew bubble gum. Rinse with warm salt water and just wait it out. That's what I do. Good luck!

Go to the doctor as soon as possible. In the mean time do not kiss or do anything other sexual acts orally.
