They coast an arm and leg, lets just put it that ways! I am paying for mine $5,000.00. If you really don't need them don't do it....unless you are rich and you don't know what to do with your money!

The average cost of braces for an adult for approx 24 months is roughly $5800 - $6000. That's metal braces. Invisalign will cost more. The lab fee for those aligners is approximately $2000. That's just for starters.

The benefit outweighs the cost. You're talking about a correction to last a lifetime provided you wear retainers when finished. There are financing options available. Besides, this is an investment that will appreciate in value. You'll only get better with time...and have the healthy and beautiful smile you've always wanted!

Get a free "smile" evaluation and take it from there! (At least you won't have sticker shock now, hopefully.)

If it's just a gap or diastema, as it's called, you could be looking at minimal treatment and the fee is greatly reduced.

Veneers require constant maintenance and will need to be replaced periodically. Also, if you decided to brighten your smile, the veneers won't respond to the bleaching agent. :(

See an orthodontist and get the facts about what it'll take for you.

Good luck!

Take a look at the article below.

It's really pointless to ask about fees on this site. You'd do much better asking around some general dentists and orthodontists for a free consultation.

You'll no doubt get a variety of answers here, none of which will apply to where you live.

No matter what you decide, you're talking serious money. Start abotu $2K and go up.

Not as much as getting a friend to hammer the teeth in straight.
