I always get these little pimple like sores on my tongue, why do I get them? What are they called and how do I get rid of them?

Do you eat a lot of citrus fruits, spicy food or anything that may be irritating to your mouth? If so, eliminate them from your diet and see how your mouth does. In the meantime gargle with warm salt water (do not swallow the stuff, YUCK) at night and see if that helps.

canker sores man i hate those! you get them from alot of things mostly stress, lots of salts in your diet, biting your tongue, burning your tongue etc. theres nothin you can do to get rid of them faster unfortunitly.

I get it when I eat walnuts. I guess it's a slight allergic reaction.

Not sure never heard of them.I suggest that you contact your doctor ASAP cause it doesn't sound right at all.Good Luck
