You got this from Leviticus didn't you? I don't like that book..
For the post below me..wow that is so wrong..
But anyway, yeah I thought that came from Leviticus. If I were I wouldn't pay much attention to what they say in that book. It's a very complicated concept, those were mostly old laws that aren't used today anymore. God sent Jesus so we wouldn't have to abide by those laws anmore, or give sacrifices for that matter.

If you believe. If you think you have sinned, then you have. If you think you have sinned and believe what Jesus teaches, ask him in prayer and he is faithful and will forgive you. Try a real bull next time you get the urge to prove your manhood.
Jesus is the new covenant between God the Father and Mankind the children. The old scriptures can only prove Gods love, that he did not give up on all his creations.

Heh, if all the "non believers" read further than Leviticus, you might actually know the answers to all the questions you have about that book.
