Verification Of Education. It's a form telling the state of Texas that you completed driver's ed.

The teacher has to sign it.

The Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form is required if you have not yet graduated from high school and would like to get a driver s license in Texas. It indicates that you are currently enrolled in school and that you meet minimum attendance requirements. It is usually issued by a school counselor or administrator and it must be signed. If you obtain the VOE during the school year, it expires after 30 days. If you obtain the VOE during the last 5 days of school, it is good for the whole summer.
