You aren't using the drugs for 2-6 weeks, are you? It takes time to get over the zobie feeling. After that feeling goes away, and it will, you will feel normal and happy. DON'T QUIT TAKING THEM!
Good luck to you, Kitty

I have been on both of the medications that you have listed. I had to stop taking Prozac bcause it made me and a list of other people suicudal. It is a side effect of the drug. If the Zyprexa isn't working ask the doctor about taking Seroquel. It works the same way but I had no luck at all with Zyprexa. Ask the doctor about it and maybe they will switch you to something. Zyprexa kept me awake all night long. Ask the doctor who prescribed it about it and let him decide.

Do you mean Prozac? It didn't work for me, either. IF this is what you are wanting info on, ask your doctor, there are A LOT of ADs out there. One that usually makes you more awake is Effexor. But it's best to check with your doctor and tell him you want to try something else. You are the "customer", remember.
I don't know what Ziprax is, sorry.
Good luck.

I hope you are under a qualified physician's care, a psychiatrist perferably. This issue should be discussed with your doctor. - Doctors use a trial and error period in order to find the correct dosage and particular anti depressant that works best for you. I know this from my own experience and have a daughter with the same problem.

No matter what we say you have to get a prescription from your doctor. Let him change your meds since he's qualified and we are not.
