I don't understand why you shouldn't be. You can do almost anything else while on your period, so why shouldn't you be able to get baptized. Most especially since no one but you should even know that you are on your period.

Depends on what religion you are. Some think a woman is unclean during this time. But if your question was only for the purpose of knowing if you can get in water while on your cycle the answer is yes. Ever noticed what happens when you're in the bath tub while on your cycle? Where a tampon, or a clean pad.

Of course! Its best to wear a tampon but if u aren't comfortable with that then you can wear a pad.(Try to put on a fresh pad right bfore the baptism, just to be safe) To make things better, you can try and schedule it around your period.

It is not a good idea. Immersion symbolizes cleanliness and women are considered unclean on their menstrual flow. Wait seven days from the beginning of your flow and then get immersed.
