You know, I read this article one time about how the brain gets used to thinking one way - the same though patterns actually make grooves in your mind - which is part of the reason it's so hard to change the way you think - not only is hard because it's a habit, but it's physically hard because you literally have to make new pathways in your brain. To ease your mind, it will be a process - I first started thinking about what makes me happy. At first I could barely hold the thought for 5 seconds before my old anxiety and problems started creeping in. But everyday, I said positive things to myself, even as something that sounds as cheesy as "I am so lucky to have my cat." By remembering I actually loved things and enjoyed moments, I could at least put the problems on the backburner once and while. The problems are still there but they do not consume my every thought. Gosh I hoped that help, and I wish you the best of luck.

Do you have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?
If you have OCD it means that you obsesse about things. If I were you I would go see a Therapist or a Psychiatrist to be diagnosed and take it from there. I have it and there are meds out there that can help you with the ocd. The drug is called Luvox and just for ocd. Ask the doctor about it.

It might help to pick ONE of these problems...not necessarily the biggest one, but the most actionable one, the one most within your power to change. Write out a strategy to solve this problem. Then divide this strategy into steps and put the steps in the order that works best. Attack this problem step by step.

the best thing not to do is be alone. Get out there with your friends, go to work, fill your day with other things that keeps you occupied. But the best thing to do is to say what you feel out loud. once you do you are guaranteed to hear positive feedback to help clear your mind.

the best thing you can do is to try to create solutions to your problems, try them and if they fail try to create new ones. that way it'll keep your mind busy in one form or another instead of feeling bad for yourself. be creative and have fun with it.
