It's sometimes a bad idea. Some people have a hard time leaving what happens at work at work. Or what happens at home at home. If you guys think you can handle it then go for it. If not then leave it alone.

Well, it depends on whether you knew each other before work and how often you are together and how well you get along. It worked for me, Im engaged to my ex co-worker. =)

No way!! Some places have no-fraternization policies because of the way it interrupts the work day. If you haven't already started, don't.

depends how you two get along and you have to feel how much you like your work do you want it that one place you can go even though its work you have your time, or do you like it enough to work there if things went sour saying you did date.
maybe just get in to his social circle more and see what leads it may naturally progress to more and that...

what happens if the relationship fails badly. now you've got to work with each other with bad feelings. soon your work is not up to par 'cause your thinking aout it. "never dip your pen in the company ink"!!!!!
