Human rights don't exist

Human rights are the derived from the fact that people own their actions. The right to life comes from the the fundamental property that people are in control of their own bodily movements. The right to property comes from the conclusion that if you own your own actions, then you own the property that you acquired through your own labor. The right to pursue happiness come from the conclusion that all human actions are in some fundamental way tied to the pursuit of your own version of happiness. These are the definitions according to John Locke though he called the right to pursue happiness, the right to liberty.

The government is in charge of protecting these rights.

The illegals do have human rights because they are like anyone else in owning their own actions, but in that same vein, they also broke the law of the country, so really they do not have the right to stay here until they secure the proper immigration steps.

Human rights exist, but that shouldn't stop the government from deporting people who break the law. No where in human rights does it say that you have the right to live in whatever country you want.

Human rights don't exist, except in political and social commentary.

What exists are the laws of the country, and the constitutional protections that apply. And the constitutional protections, for the most part, are written in terms of limitations on government action. The 4th and 5th Amendments apply to any "person", and the 6th Amendment applies to anyone "accused". The word citizen isn't there.

Everyone has basic human rights (the right to life, the right to live as they choose), but I don't recall there ever being a right to break the laws of another country if you don't like them. Because that is exactly what they are doing. They don't like that they have to meet certain criteria to get into this country legally, so they just break the law.

Hell, I don't like that it costs so much for me to own a Lexus - can I go and steal one, and then claim it is my Human Right to own one? And not get prosecuted for grand theft auto?
