character map has them all -

start - programs - accessories - system tools - character map

well they all start with ALT and then a number... press the ALT key plust the number at the same time...
Ã is ALT 165, if you want lower case is 164
Ã¡ is ALT 160
Ã© is ALT 130
Ã is ALT 161
Ã³ is ALT 162
Ãº is ALT 163
