She told me that the other day a bigger boy aged 8 or 9 told her that he knew a place where there was an orange tree and he asked her to go with him to eat oranges. Once they arrived there the boy grabbed my daughter and after putting his hands inside her pants reaching her private parts he started to push her from behind with his body, after he did that for some time he runned off. Has my daughter been sexually molested? What kind of abuse is this? Would it be the same if the victim was my 6 year old son? Can this affect my daughter's life? Will this live a big scar?

You need to contact the school. This is not acceptable in any way. This is against her will and against the law. I would also file a police report. Perhaps this boy has been abused and is acting out this way because he does not know what "normal" is. He may need help and he cannot be allowed to do this to another child.

Children Services should also be called. The boys family needs to be investigated.

The age difference is inappropriate as well.

As far as your daughter being scarred, you should ask the school counselor to speak with her and then decide from there if she needs further counseling.

Get a book from the library that can help explain this to your daughter. Explain to her that SHE did NOTHING wrong. The boy is wrong and is very important that she told on him and that she did the RIGHT thing.

Do not tolerate this. Take action.

Yes you definitely need to take action quickly. Your daughter may not be scarred by this too much, but for the sake of someone else's daughter who may not be so lucky you should tell someone. That boy needs help before he progresses into some sort of sick pedophile. I know if this happened to my daughter it would be a BIG deal. Everything that happens to us whether consciously or not ddoes have some kind of effect on us in the future you will have to wait and see if your daughter suffers from it later on. And yes it would be just as serious had athis happened to your son.

sexual abuse does not have to leave a scar. She will need a lot of support and counseling, and to know immediately that what happened to her was not something she wanted, asked for or deserved. If she gets the help she needs now, it is likely she could avoid that mark of victim so many sexual abuse survivors spend their entire lives trying to scrub off.

Yes, that is definitely what I would consider molestation. I would talk to your daughters school about it... talk to the counselors and see what they recommend for your daughter.
Also, the boy who did that to her could have serious problems and may even be being molested himself. It is imperative that you let the school know to prevent this from happening again in the future.

I know a lot of people who have been through abuse, and the worst part was being alone with it. Since she is able to tell you about it, AND you seem like a decent, concerned sensible parent, I am not worried about her.

That is a horrible thing for that boy to do to her. Go to that boy's parents and tell them what he did so that he could learn what NOT to do EVER again.

See th eschool counselor for this for sure. they are trained and it won't cost you anything. Don't delay, because she can be helped if it's attended to properly.
