you know, those annoying little sores that you get in your mouth...often caused by eating too many acidy foods or drinking citrus drinks. Any ideas besides baking soda that will make this ailment feel better?

rinse your mouth with warm water that has a spoonful of salt added to it . Do this a few times a day and especially at bed time. Salt won't sting your mouth and It promotes healing and disinfects at the same time
