I am size 38DD but I am going to have breast reduction this thursday.The doctor ask me today what size I want to be but I let him suggest a size .He told me that size 36C should be perfect. I will like to know what do you guys like better.

As long as they are naturals either one. I have found women who have augmentation surgery are vain. A women with naturals says she is happy and comfortable with who she is. So to me size does not matter as long as they are naturals.

Size 38 to size 36? What are you getting him to do, remove a few ribs? Your band size will not change at all, and if it does you were wearing the wrong size bra to begin with. What would I prefer? Well I would prefer either a woman with 38DD breasts or a woman with 36C breasts, one neither enlarged nor reduced.

Well you cant change your body style, not from 38 to 36. But I prefer b cups !

Don't even know what those numbers mean, but I've always figured that anything much more then a mouth full was just wasted and doesn't look good either.

B - C cup sizes are nice, But They must match the rest of your body.

36 C is perfect, really nice size. sexy enough to be big boos, but not too much, and not so little your flat
