Like what do you picture in your head? Is it you making it or it just comes to you naturally?

the only time I ever had a vision was when an evangelist laid his hands on my head and prayed over me. It was incredible. I wont ever forget that ever.. I saw Heaven and the baby my sons former gf aborted...and I cried...the baby went with my Mom

Sometimes when I meditate this happens. It doesn't seem to be coming from me. Feels more like watching a movie only I can interact to a certain extent with those who I see in the vision or what ever you want to call it.

'fraid my vision ain't so good. If I found out that praying improves vision, then I would do it regularly.
Side comment: I'm wondering if christian-types picture Jesus in their head - nice trick considering nobody truly knows what he looked like.

Sometimes when I meditate I clearly see the yin yang symbol. I have NO idea why or what it's supposed to mean? It's very clear. Most of the time I see the blue pearl.

My praying usually comes as a "Thank-you" whether it be for the peace I am feeling, or my kids being Ok, for avoiding a major accident, all that stuff.
If I pray for omething to come or happen, I envision it.

On occasion yes. Like extremely vivid dreaming in color with sound and for a long time not forgoten unlike my dreams which are all to quickly gone. Mine were warning to which I paid heed.
