If he keeps on hinting the best way to show you are interrested is look in his eyes and raise your eyebrows and don't answer. If he really likes you he'll come back for more. There is no need to ask him out, if he's already interested, he'll ask when the time is right. Just take some time to get to know him and make sure he's really what you are looking for. In the mean time enjoy the flirting.

I recommend just going up to him and start flirting, and then ask him if he maybe wants to see a movie, which might be hard since thereart any good movies out.... But i personally as a guy prefer to ask the girl out

Make up something that you need "help" with, like moving a piece of furniture at your place, or doing something on the computer. When he "helps" you, you can then offer to buy him a drink or dinner in exchange. Then, if things go well, he will ask you out!
