So I met the most awesome guy ever who is so sweet and makes me feel so happy. Only problem is he has a baby and the mother of his baby still lives with him and he has to sneak around until he can figure out a way to leave her without having the baby taken away. They both sleep in seperate rooms and he can not stand her. What should i do?

Ginny.. he is not perfect.. Imagine that.. what if you are his wife.. think for the poor girl.. and their baby too.. and futher more he can actually say that he cannot stand his wife.. and in the 1st place why they want to get married.. marriage is not something when you cannot stand the other party you can happily go find another person and hurting your husband/wife or even kids.. Gin.. that kind of guy is NOT awesome at all.. I know that my answer won't earn me the perfect answer \ cos is not what you wish to hear but I don care.. but please don't do stupid things like that.. move on and find someone who you will be sure that he is perfect in your way... I can tell you.. he is a jerk then your so called "perfect" if he really can't "stand" her then he should be a man and talk to his wife nicely for a divorce. For an excuse of not wanting to have the baby taken away.. I call it bull ****.. if he is really so nice.. he won't even cheat behind his wife..
I don't really know the whole story but I suppose a man should be facing problems like a MAN.. not giving stupid excuses and worry this and worry that...
Ginny, I wish you all the best and stay with him still if he take neccessary actions about his marriage.. if not.. please do leave him.. and never contact him again..

I'm not saying the guy doesn't deserve a chance just because he has a kid, but the fact that you refer to him as "Perfect" and then go on to describe the above situation makes me question your judgment.
You've got to ask yourself some serious questions before you even think about hooking up with this guy - first and foremost... what about his kid? Are you ready to be part of a kids life that you will more than likely not be around for in a year or so? How old is this kid and how much will it effect them? Is this guy soooo great that you'd consider being a step-mom? How is your maturity level in regards to dealing with the kids mom? Heavy sh*t for someone who's young and probably not looking for any serious adult commitment. Probably best to let this one go honey, besides how perfect can he be when he's not even smart enough to use a condom? Good Luck!

Been there, done this......Perfect guy hmmmmm? Why would he have to sneak around if they both sleep in seperate rooms? Why would she care if he fell in love with someone else? I suggest you be VERY careful and let him know "NO more lovins' until your with ME and ME only". If he gets crazy desperate and just BEGS and can't see your way........turn around and walk.
AND, I'm sorry, but I would bet a dollar and a coke that he is NOT sleeping in a different room than his present GIRLFRIEND....yes GIRLFRIEND.
Don't accept anything less than the best honey! You deserve a truthful man that LOVES his baby AND his one and only(repeat ONE and ONLY).

Wait for him to move out and leave her for good before u do ne thing with him....guys will say a lot of stuff like oh I hate her blah blah blah and the a few days/weeks/months later go back to her...

well, you're right, it really is complicated.
you have to let time take its part in your relationship. you have t wait till your "perfect guy" gets rid of the mother of his child and you are free to be together. unless that be the situation, you won't be happy with him because the child and the mother of the child would always post as a threat to your relationship.

I know he is feeling good going out and meeting you when hes tired of messing around with the girl he has now. Man he has it good! I would play around too. it dont sound like its a good situation to be in!

If they're not dating then he needs to stop being such a wimp and explain to the mother that he obviously doesn't have feelings for her anymore and he's plenty old enough to go out and date again. If she doesn't like it then they can have joint custody and she can gtf out.
