For example my friend and I where at the mall and this guy around15 or 16 years old came up to us and said "wanna c my digits" Is that what I think it is?

He sounds like a hip hop loser. He probably means your phone number, but the way he asked it sounds like he doesn't know that digits are also fingers.

There are three possibilities~
~Most likely, he his just asking you out in a nonchalant way, seeing if you'd like to hang out with him sometime. Hence, he is asking you if you'd like his number. And vice versa if he asks you if he can see your digits ... probably just asking you for your number.
~He could be asking you if you'd like to see his fingers/toes ... o_O;; That's rather unlikely though.
~He could be asking you "what you think it is," which I can only assume is what I think you think it is, although I'm not quite sure what I think you think it is, although I think I know, but I don't. Lol, sorry for the confusion.
