I have a Jensen 600 watt amp (4 channel) powering 4 speakers in my truck will this be enough to push a 10" MTX sub...?

Your 600 watts is probably more like 280 watts RMS which is about 70 watts RMS X 4. If your amp is going to 4 speakers, I would highly suggest a second amp just for the sub.
Be sure to match the RMS watts between the sub and amp.

I think you mean watts RMS as opposed to watts MAX including distortion.
You get out what you put in. If you run a clipped signal, you could very well damage your subs unless you know what your doing and even then it's a risk.

600 watts won't break glass even if it were 600 watts RMS.
It takes about 130dB or higher to break glass and your talking some serious power.

Yes its enough ...
I have 2 speakers 650 watt & a subwoofer 1000 watt with 2 amp ( one of them are 760 watt for sub ) ... its not anough for me :))

if you bridge it over it will thump but if you have the other four speakers hooked up to it you probably wont be happy with sound i currently have a kicker 8 inch square that is powered by a 500 watt pioneer amp that is bridged and it sounds great. good luck.

600 watts of distortion, actual clean wattage is probably 100 watts. if you want to blow speakers, that dirty 600 watts will definitely do it. It will push it till it blows it because of inadequate clean wattage that is needed to push a sub.

600w is high quality if this is the only aspects you intend to have? Do you intend to enhance? upload yet another video card or extra stressful drives et? extra ram? and so on? by no skill, skimp on the playstation ...700w ought to be the bare minimum...
