I try to get in 4 or 5 days a week. 30-40 min of weights and 30-40 min of cardio each time. What do you do?

I work out 3-4 times per week, doing 20-30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of weights each time. HTH : )

I try to get in a good hour of cardio and then about a half hour or so of weight trainging at least 3 usually 5 times a week.

mostly 3, sometimes 4 times a week - weights for 1 hour, cardio for 45 minutes, sit ups every other day

I walk and/or jog for an hour 6 times a week and lift weights every other day for about 20 minutes.

i jog everyday for about an hour, 3-4 times a week of cardio, and sometimes kickboxing.
