Please don't be insulted by this as it is not meant to be offencive. I heard this from a Christian friend and found it funny and your question reminded me of it.

"Jesus said unto Lazarus, 'Come forth and recieve eternal life.' But Lazarus came fifth and won a microwave oven."

Lazarus was not the only one raised from the dead.

No one ever said it was any thing other than the bible said, sleep.
Luke 8:50,52,54,55; Matt.28:52-54; Acts 9:36-41; Acts 2:31-35 Jesus resurrected from Sepulchre hell, David still there. Acts 1:9-11; Jesus ascended back to heaven. John 3:13-17;
