why isn't there the same selection of turkey as there is chicken at the grocery store?

Turkey doesn't have as large a market share as chicken. The more demand goes up, the more there will be a supply to meet it.

I was just wondering that myself, I wanted to cook something besides beef, chicken and pork. went to the grocery store and not much of a selection except for ground turkey or a whole turkey.
I wanted to get some breast meat or thights or legs just for a change. I live in AZ and in the summer we only cook on the grill so, I'm limited
