If you're thinking of cramming for a couple of hours but you studied the stuff all semester, then don't cram. Take a nap instead. You'll remember much more that way.
If you didn't study much, just go over the main points and hope for the best. If that doesn't bring you a good grade, then take a lesson from this and in the future don't wait till the last minute.

Quickly reread/skim through your notes/chapters with a separate piece of paper at your side (or more depending on the amount of material.) Use this piece of paper to jot down facts that you are having a hard time remembering...things that you didn't even remember writing down in your notes the first time around. Also write down on your paper anything you highlighted or your teacher said..."This will probably be on your test". This will probably take about an hour. Now you have a short condensed version of things you need to really study. This will save you from having to keep going through all your stuff again and going over things you already know down pat.
Take a 10 minute break to look away from your notes and concentrate on something else. Then come back to it and go over your paper again.
Don't try to study for more than 30-45 minutes straight without taking a break or you will just stop retaining information.
Keep your paper with you right up until test time...reviewing every now and then. You can review anytime you think of it...during commercials of a show, waiting in line, waiting for something to cook, or this may sound funny but even when you're in the bathroom. Sooner or later the info will sink in. If it doesn't, this method will at least improve your grade. Good luck!

The best thing to do is NOT wait for the last couple of hours to study, but if you find yourself in this situation, it isn't hopeless.
First, find yourself a place where you can study without being bothered. A comfortable, well lit, quiet area is important. Keep hydrated.
Study in spurts of 30 minutes, then take a five minute break. Studying in one big block of time lowers comprehension.
If you are working from notes, copy the most salient points to note cards or another sheet of paper. If you are working from a book, hilight key areas.
Break the areas of study into managable sections. Go through all of the sections as best as possible, then start from the beginning again.
Good Luck!

I would read your notes. Don't have any? Try to take good ones in the future, they are a life saver. Go through your book and make sure you know what is in bold print. Got any homework from your teachers? Go over the problems that they emphasized or problems that you struggled with. Good luck on your test! Turn off yahoo answers. Focus! ;)

It REALLY depends on the subject. With math, just do as many problems as you can get a hod of in your two hours. With memorization, try and have the words make sense in an unexpected way (ie put them together in a silly story or put the first letters together and make an acronym that's memorable)

Try total recall of the lectures that your teacher have given you from your notes and trace them step by step as you scan for some topics that you are not well acquainted with.

If it's history or something you simply regurgitate back onto paper, then read the sections you will be tested on over and over and over.
If it's calculus, good luck.

Make flashcards, it can help to remember things. Writing things over and over can also help you to remember. Good Luck!
