my husbands best friend always leaves me ims and when my husband isnt around, he always touches my arm when he tells me something. i dont think he would be the type to hit on his best friends girl though

Tell your husband. If you confront the guy he may try to accuse you to your husband. Trust your gut feelings on this. You are probably right. Try to avoid being alone with the man.
