paint thinner in gel form and a toothbrush, and it usually comes off fairly easy

Unless you sealed the grout, it absorbed it. Sorry .. use a grout tool to remove the grout (following the instructions on redoing grout) or cover it with another surface

I had this issue once. I don't know what kind of grout you have, but I had to rent a mini-sand blaster to remove mine. It works great, and fast, but makes a mess.

if it is just on the surface, take a putty knife and some 220 sandpaper and lightly scrape/sand it off...if it is really deep you will have to re grout.....painting contractor

i think if you heat it up with a flame it should just burn off but I'm not so sure, you can buy natural coloured paint that will cover it though if you don't wanna risk that!

try first to use nailpolish remover if that doesnt work then try a bit of pain thinner that should do the trick! gl
