If you are missing the lower second molar on each side and still have a first molar on each side, you might consider doing nothing. (You didn't mention top or bottom, so I'm just guessing based on what I usually see.)

If they were your "next to the back" molars missing on each side, I'd be a lot more optimistic about the success of a partial denture. When there is a tooth behind the missing tooth, the partial is a lot more comfortable and you would get used to wearing it pretty quickly. If it's only one back molar on each side, the benefit from wearing the partial would be pretty hard to notice and you'd be less likely to bother trying to get used to them.

If I have still misinterpreted your situation, I'm sorry, but feel free to ask again with even more details. It's hard to do this well without seeing you or having an exhaustive description.

I'm not Dr.Sam, but I have had back molars pulled on both sides of my mouth and I have never had them replaced.
I have no problem eating without them and in fact I did have two bridges made, one wired and the other plastic and couldn't stand either one and just have done without for many years now.

Some dental offices will work out a payment plan with you if you explain your situation. Take care of your teeth, because if you don't and have to have them pulled, it will cause other problems. The gaps that are left cause the other teeth to kind of spread out causing spaces between the teeth.
