Well I am not a travel agent, but a frequent tourist, so hopefully you can find my insight of use.

Toronto has a lot of gorgeous old churches if you want a church wedding, but without knowing your religious beliefs I am not going to suggest places. The CN tower would be awesome to get married in, and the revolving restaurant would be perfect to have a reception in. The waterfront is also gorgeous. Niagara Falls has the butterfly conservatory and a ton of romantic places, but I highly doubt you want to brave the QEW on your big day.

Once in Toronto, stay in the Hotel Victoria ( http://www.hotelvictoria-toronto.com/ ). It is absolutely the best hotel we've stayed in. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are great. Next door is this interesting little marketplace restaurant called Marche Richtree Market ( http://www.123toronto.com/toronto-restaurants/marche-restaurant-dining-guide.htm ) that you should definitely try out. The Eaton Centre ( www.torontoeatoncentre.com )is this mega mall not that far away that I love. If you have time, try to see a play ( http://www.mirvish.com/ ). They are the same quality as Broadway. Finally, be sure to check out Kensington Market (http://www.kensington-market.ca/ ) It is a huge, open-air market which is wonderful.

Good Luck!

I am not sure if you guys are wanting to go really far, but we are getting married in less than 2 weeks at the Chapel in the Garden in niagara falls, and from what I have heard it is beatiful. We went with the royal package which include photagraopher, videographer, fresh flowers, live organist, and it was so stress free, and up until this point they have been great. It is on 4.5 acres of all gardens and weeping willow trees, they have different cerimonies to chose from, and pretty much do what you want. Our package cost $1640 taxes included andthat is witha VHS tape and DVD, 72 pics mounted in an album andall the negatives and a dvd of all the pics.. The website is www.chapelinthegarden.ca There is feedback from someone who got married with them in july, and they couldn't say enough, and at this point, we have been extreemly pleased. Nice price, and leaves extra cash fora great honeymoon. Good luck, and congrats onyour marriage.
P.S> We are also having a horse and carriage ride after the wedding with sentienial carriages
