I wouldn't worry about it too much. We all have strange dreams, it's not like we have them on purpose!

Hormones? Perhaps it is from something you thought of or had seen. Dreams are a mixture of all sorts of things. Your not the first one to have a crazy or gross dream. I am the most conservative person who is totally against this type of stuff but once I had a dream I was a hooker looking for clients on the street. It was so gross and weird. I felt disgusting for days. So just ignore it, its normal to have abnormal dreams.

if you had a dream about 2 people hugging would that be any worse? its just sex. stop thinking of sex as being a really big thing and the dreams will stop.

you may wan to revise that question but i think you are asking about having dreams about sex or you having sex in your dreams that does not make you a pervert everyone does that once in awile.
