push ups and running and sit ups. Those are the events you will be tested on so work on those!

Run atleast 2 miles, work at gettin it down to 10 min.

Do atleast 100 sit ups and 100 push ups as often are possible.

Well,

1. Start backpacking 5 miles a day for leg strength; you will need it alot of it.
2. Every other day is either cardio or muscle failure
3. Eat right
4. Try timing your workouts, you should be doing at least 42 pushups, 50 situp, and a 15:54 2 mile run. Army FM 21-20

you can train your push-ups and sit-ups almost everyday as long as you do 80-100 of them a day. as for cardio. do these find a hill with a good incline. sunday's run 2 miles, monday's run 2.5 miles then do hills for about 15-20 minutes afterwards. wednesday's run 3 miles, thursday's run 3 miles then hills 15-20 minutes, friday's run 4 miles, saturday's off. add a mile for each day for month. add 10 minutes to your hill training for a month also. if you can do 30 minutes weight training that will be good and don't forget a good diet along with it.
