Be very careful with this. A lot of companies hve policies against this, even if you dont plan on working there much longer you still want to part on good terms with the company because u may need a reference from them in the future. IF you do ask him out make sure you are away from the office and not on company time! Good luck!

I say go for it ... flirt and ask him out. Especially since your planning on leaving your job so if does work out you don't have the messy office politics to worry about and if it doesn't you don't have to see him everyday. However, if you do decide to stay at your job it could get awkward so this answer is only if your sure your leaving.

Why not, since you don't plan on working there much longer then go for it. If you were staying there then I'd say not. Office romances can lead in disaster.

As long as you're quitting then that's fine. If not then be careful cause gossip at the work place is king and one arguement will end up as watercooler talk for the rest of that week.

No problems that I can forsee, being that you are intending on leaving the company/business. General rule #1: No fishing off of the company pier.

Since you said you won't be there much longer, I don't see a problem with taking a chance. You have nothing to lose.
Good luck.

I think if you are leaving the job and want a relationship then go for it.

Sure why not, but get that other job first, you don't want the others to talk about you and let the boss think that it is hampering your performance

Sure, why not. I mean if you are sure you are going to leave the current employer.. then what do you have to lose? Good Luck.
