Go out and have fun at local social events, be that a bar, club, sports hall, etc, where there are the kind of people you'd like to meet. Do your best to look nice, but be natural and show your true personality. That way the people you meet will like you for who you are, or not at all, in which case you won't have lost anything.

Go to places, parties, events where there are guys. Just make sure you look good and have friends around you. Don't worry about getting a boyfriend, and have fun with your friends and soon enough you'll have some guy you can dump in a couple weeks.

buy yourself a short skirt and a boob tube and get yourself a guy.
I am assuming that you would look good in that outfit. If you wouldnt look hot in that out fit join a geeky computer club and date a bill gates wannabe. But in all seriousness it is far easier for a girl to get a guy than a guy to get a girl. Just pick a guy that is not out of your league and go for it.

Go out on the town with you friends. Dress up, go dancing and have a good time and you will get noticed.
