I won't answer for you, but here is some help. The Constitution is the written document that tells us what government can and cannot do. All of our laws, no matter what, must not do anything not allowed by the Constitution. Can you think of some things that people can do and that there is nothing the government can do to stop them? Have you heard people talk about our freedoms? What are they?
