Clone Troopers. First of all, you never said how many, so there could be 1,000,000,000 of them if you really wanted there to be. Plus, if the clones get their Laat/i Gunships, UT-ATs, Ventor-Class Assault Ships, and all that other various Star Wars Republic Clone Wars technology, Godzilla doesn't even have a fighting chance.....

I'd go with the Clone Troopers simply based on numbers. They could surround him and keep piling on to shoot him with their blaster rifles. (similar to how Order 66 was executed)
